Fraser is seeking a proactive Assistant Coordinator to lead direct care staff in Minnesota group homes. You will support program operations through direct care, administrative tasks, and staff leadership, partnering with Coordinators to ensure high-quality, person-centered services.
You will help promote health, safety, and independence for individuals served while complying with agency policies and Minnesota 245D regulations. This role offers growth within a compassionate nonprofit setting.
