Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking high-potential graduates for the Finance Excellence Academy (FEA) in the United States. This 24‑month rotation places you in four 6‑month assignments across Finance functions in locations such as Raleigh, Orlando, Houston, and Charlotte, building hands-on experience in forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, economics, data analytics, or related business field and graduating by May 2027
• Minimum 3.2 GPA and relevant prior work experience
• Interest in data analytics, corporate functions, project management, FP&A
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate data into insights
• Preferred experience with Excel and data tools such as PowerBI, Snowflake, and/or Alteryx
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, proactive work style
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, financial analysis, project finance, and business controlling during rotations
• Analyze financial and operational data using Excel, Power BI, SAP, and other systems to deliver insights
• Partner with finance leaders and cross-functional teams to improve reporting and decision making
• Contribute to process improvement, automation, and AI-driven initiatives
• Build finance and leadership capabilities through mentorship and collaboration across the organization
