Job summary

Micron Technology seeks a Manufacturing Development Engineering (MDE) Shift Engineer for Wet Etch/CMP/Bond in DRAM development. The role operates on a 12-hour rotating shift and acts as the primary on-site decision-maker for off-hours development activities while supporting other areas as needed.

Collaborate with Process Development, Process Integration, Equipment Development, Manufacturing and Shift Operations to troubleshoot process and equipment issues, dispose wafers, and drive continuous

Qualifications

• Master's degree or BS with proven Semiconductor Manufacturing/Process Development experience.
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Solid understanding of Wet Process, CMP, or Bond semiconductor manufacturing and process control methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary off-shift engineering decision-maker for development activities.
• Collaborate with Process Development, Process Integration, Equipment Development, Manufacturing, and Shift Operations teams.
