CommIT Enterprises, Inc. in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Watch Team Analyst to monitor and respond to network events on a 24x7x365 basis, supporting the Operations Watch Team and executives.

You will use ITSM tools such as BMC Remedy, SharePoint, and other event management systems to detect incidents and create formal reports. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting across networking, servers, and applications, with shift work from 18:00 to 06:00 midweek and occasional Saturday duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years on an operations team supporting watch or incident response.
• Experience with IT service management and event monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of cyber incident response and ITIL processes.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, 24x7 shift environment.

Responsabilités

• Monitor, detect, and act on network events and incidents as they occur.
• Create formal reports and assign work requests to the proper group.
• Collect and analyze events from multiple sources and correlate data.
• Provide watch team briefings and executive level updates as needed.
• Maintain Daily Turnover Logs and support incident response activities.
