The position oversees a non-exempt maintenance team, directing daily activities and ensuring safe, efficient operation of utility equipment in a high-altitude setting.

Ideal candidates bring a technical degree or equivalent experience, hands-on SAP experience, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Critical thinking and analytical skills to resolve day-to-day questions and synthesize data inputs.
• Ability to learn new systems, computer applications, and complex processes.

Responsibilities

• Promote efficient operations of all utility equipment in a safe, reliable manner.
• Direct daily activities and development of maintenance staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Identify issues, troubleshoot, and recommend system improvements; train others as needed.
• Record data to measure performance and support regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
• Maintain documentation and administrative controls for long-term asset sustainability.
