Job summary

SBC Innovations, LLC in Columbia, SC is seeking a Help Desk Technician II to join our Network Operations Center supporting EOUSA. You will deliver 24/7 Tier 2 IT support and operations to EOUSA and USAO staff nationwide, while monitoring critical infrastructure in a 24/7 NOC.

Responsibilities include AD management, patching, SCCM/BigFix deployments, backups, and incident response. This on-site role requires U.S.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in IT or related field; OR Microsoft Fundamentals or CompTIA certification; OR 2 years of IT Help Desk support in Windows AD environment; OR 2 years of IT operations/AD experience

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 remote Tier 2 support to EOUSA/USAO staff and IT Managers
• Monitor enterprise systems in a 24/7 NOC; troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly
• Perform system admin tasks: patching, upgrades, backups, and optimization
• Manage backups, storage, retrieval, and media rotations
• Support Windows AD: DNS, OUs, sites/subnets, GPOs, and account lifecycle
