Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour awake coverage and supervision of 20 apartment units
• Act as first point of contact for client needs and support
• Perform crisis intervention and ensure safety of residents
• Maintain front desk operations and daily shelter log
• Coordinate with case managers to support service plans
• Complete documentation and ensure compliance with agency policies
• Organize and restock supplies; assist with housekeeping and inspections
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct at all times
