Responsibilities

• Monitor security, communications, and fire/life safety systems within the designated region.
• Proactively monitor surveillance cameras and CCTV programs; respond to alarms.
• Answer events over phones and intercoms; provide guidance during emergencies.
• Serve as liaison between departments and the security team.
• Document routine and unusual events using shift reports and incident logs.
• Maintain control of equipment and keys in the Control Room; log check-outs.
