Job summary

DK Security is seeking qualified professionals to join our Central Control team in Michigan. Operators work in the Security Operations Center supporting state facilities, providing monitoring and emergency coordination 24/7/365.

You will collaborate with state personnel and report to Central Control leadership, ensuring timely communications and safe outcomes. Applicants should be comfortable with standard office software, able to stay calm under pressure, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Must be able to use standard office software (MS Office, email, internet).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening at hire and random thereafter.
• Must be able to sit/stand/walk for 8–12 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process emergency information and requests.
• Coordinate response efforts with law enforcement and dispatchers.
• Draft and send emergency communications and after-action reports.
• Utilize security systems to monitor and facilitate emergency response.
• Other duties as assigned.
