Job summary

Encore Boston Harbor is seeking a Security Control Center Dispatcher in Everett, MA to monitor non-gaming cameras and alarms and to dispatch security personnel and emergency services as needed. This role is part of a 24/7 operations center ensuring safety and compliance across the property.

The ideal candidate will have fluent English, solid computer and Microsoft Office skills, and strong organization and communication abilities. Experience with CCTV systems and radio equipment is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English required; a second language is a plus.
• General computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
• Ability to operate CCTV and radio equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Encore Boston Harbor core values and department standards are applied.
• Observe and report security violations or thefts; document accordingly.
• Monitor cameras across multiple systems; manage incident footage requests.
• Dispatch Security and GEU as needed; coordinate emergency services calls.
• Communicate with Security and other departments via multiple radio consoles; log all calls accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality of property-related information.
• Work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
