Job summary

Northeast Security is seeking a Security Command Center Dispatcher for its Boston operations. The role supports monitoring and responding to alarms, cameras, and access control across more than sixty properties, ensuring prompt and accurate incident handling.

The position requires prior dispatch experience or related fast-paced work, with a focus on clear communication, multi-system navigation, and professional conduct on site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Candidates must pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor 60+ properties using multiple alarm and video platforms.
• Oversee camera monitoring, access control, and fire alarm systems; triage incidents.
• Use multiple alert systems; route information to appropriate parties.
• Deescalate irate tenants/customers and document incidents.
• Communicate clearly with on-site security and emergency services; write detailed daily reports.
