Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in security industry
• 1 year experience in a call center
• 1 year of customer service experience required
• Experience in a security operations center, dispatch, or similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor access control, video surveillance, and alarms to provide security services.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate dispatch with authorities as needed.
• Investigate incidents, escalate, and prepare incident reports.
• Monitor security alerts and triage events by severity and relevance.
• Take action to mitigate incidents via remote monitoring and surveillance.
• Document incident response timelines, actions, and lessons learned.
• Operate CCTV and badge access control systems.
• Monitor site activity and respond to intrusion alarms with team coordination.
