Prosegur Security is seeking a Security Operations Center (SOC) Officer for Ridgefield, CT. Monitor CCTV feeds, manage access control, and coordinate during emergencies to protect people and assets for a large corporate client.

This role suits professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment with strong emphasis on security, compliance, and timely incident documentation. Part-time, Friday & Saturday nights, 16 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to remain calm under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and sound decision-making.
• 1–3 years in a SOC, corporate security, law enforcement, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live and recorded CCTV feeds to detect security incidents.
• Conduct video reviews to support investigations and audits.
• Manage badge permissions, door alarms, and visitor access.
• Serve as central communications point during emergencies.
• Document incidents thoroughly and contribute to after-action reviews.

Prosegur Security is looking to fill multiple Security Operations Center (SOC) Officer in the Ridgefield, CT . The Security Operations Center (SOC) Officer plays a critical role in protecting the people and assets of a large corporate client. SOC Operators are a key piece of the security ecosystem—monitoring real-time activity, responding to incidents, and supporting emergency management functions that keep operations safe and resilient.

This position is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance

Hourly starting wage: 22.00

Part Time Position - Friday & Saturday 11pm - 7am (16 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor live and recorded CCTV feeds to detect, assess, and upscale security incidents.
• Conduct video reviews to support investigations, audits, and compliance requirements.
• Manage access control systems, including badge permissions, door alarms, and visitor authorization.
• Serve as a central communication point during emergencies, including medical events, fire alarms, severe weather, and security threats.
• Document incidents thoroughly and contribute to after-action reviews.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Works well under stress and makes sounddecisions.
• 1–3 years of experience in a Security Operations Center, corporate security, law enforcement, military, or related field.
• Familiarity with CCTV platforms, access control systems, and alarm monitoring tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
