Responsibilities

• Monitor access control, video surveillance, and alarm systems to provide security service and threat elimination.
• Respond to emergencies and dispatch security officers, police, fire, EMS as required.
• Investigate incidents and alarms, escalate and assemble incident reports.
• Monitor security alerts and events from security software.
• Analyze, triage, and prioritize security alerts by severity and impact.
• Mitigate security incidents via remote monitoring and surveillance.
• Document incident response activities with timelines and actions.
• Operate the access control system through CCTV and badging.
• Monitor site activities via CCTV and other systems.
• Respond to intrusion alarms and coordinate with team across regions.
• Be vigilant for safety and security threats.
• Implement emergency or security action plans as required.
• Deter criminal activity and safety violations.
