Estes Express Lines, a leading LTL freight carrier, seeks a Roadside Assistance Dispatcher based in our corporate office. You will coordinate breakdowns and accidents, monitor inspections, and support cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong customer service and communication skills, data entry proficiency, and experience with MS Office and Excel. Prior dispatching or heavy-truck experience is preferred.

Competenze

Mansioni

• Coordinate breakdowns and accidents via telephone with Central Dispatch, Safety, Maintenance personnel and outside vendors.
• Monitor DOT roadside inspections and authorize purchase orders.
• Assist co-workers in other office duties.
• Regular attendance is required.
