Job summary

Catholic Community Services and Catholic Housing Services of Western Washington is seeking an Overnight Resident Coordinator for a part-time, 20-37.5 hour per week role at our Mount Vernon housing program.

This 24/7 facility requires overnight availability and offers competitive benefits, including PTO, holidays, health insurance, retirement plans and more. The position emphasizes front desk monitoring, safety, and resident services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass required background checks.
• CPR and First Aid training or ability to obtain.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Staff the front desk, answer calls, grant access and monitor security.
• Conduct routine safety checks and enforce policies.
• Keep common areas clean and report maintenance needs.
• Log visitors and events with accuracy and professionalism.
• Provide residents with information about services on- and off-site.
• Support case management by reminding residents of appointments.
• Perform routine cleaning and site walkthroughs.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
