Job summary

Catholic Community Services and Catholic Housing Services of Western Washington seeks a Residential Services Coordinator for Martha’s Place, a 70-unit, 24/7 housing project for chronically homeless adults. The role supports daily crisis management, milieu relationships, and safe building operations as part of a 24/7 team.

Responsibilities include coordinating services, engaging residents, coordinating on-site activities, and ensuring safety and smooth lobby functions.

Qualifications

• Experience handling individuals with challenging behaviors.
• Evening and weekend availability required.
• Ability to communicate with staff, residents, and community partners.
• Possession or ability to obtain WA Driver's License and Food Handler permit.

Responsibilities

• Interact professionally with residents in Martha’s Place common areas.
• Coordinate and facilitate outside services for residents.
• Schedule, confirm and manage appointments with providers.
• Engage residents through outreach and engaging activities.
• Support safety and security by monitoring access and responding to incidents.
• Document daily events in shift notes and hand over essential information.
