Job summary

Dynamis power solutions Llc seeks a Remote Operations Center (ROC) Specialist to monitor a fleet of mobile power generation units and provide first line support. You will coordinate with Product Support Engineers and field personnel to ensure 24/7 operational reliability and timely escalation when needed.

Qualifications

2 years of experience in electrical/controls troubleshooting.
Ability to read and interpret electrical/controls drawings.
Experience with live and historical data from PLCs or telemetry platforms.

Responsibilities

Monitor telemetry platform for real time operational awareness.
Create, manage, and track tickets for events and actions.
Provide first line operational support to customers and field personnel.
