vRad (Virtual Radiologic) operates a nationwide Operations Center delivering 24/7 customer support for hospitals, clinics, and radiologists. The Operations Support Representatives ensure complete data submission, proactive data entry, and issue resolution to facilitate patient care.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; 2+ years in a customer-facing role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Strong sense of urgency with ability to multi-task and work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular, reliable attendance for scheduled shifts.
• Monitor incoming orders and images to ensure clinical information is submitted.
• Make outbound calls to obtain missing images, orders, or information.
• Enter data from faxed orders accurately.
• Answer inbound calls and coordinate doctor conference calls.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in radiology workflow.
• Document all study activity and maintain records.
