Job summary

ACCESS | MANAGEMENT ∙ REALTY ∙ MAINTENANCE ∙ LIFESTYLE's Property Access Services Specialist role supports the daily operations of the 24/7 hub. You monitor access systems, verify guest authorizations, assist residents and visitors, and ensure procedures follow Association policies to maintain security and efficiency.

You will work with the Welcome Host team at the gate, handle guest information, operate access software, document incidents, and help handoff between shifts to ensure continuous

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer and phone proficiency; ability to learn new software systems.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling access concerns or resident requests.
• Ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, overnight hours, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property access systems and gate activity.
• Verify guest authorizations and property access permissions.
• Assist with processing guest entries and resident access requests.
• Ensure all access procedures follow Association policies and security protocols.
• Provide professional assistance to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Respond to phone calls, messages, and access inquiries.
• Communicate clearly and courteously with gate staff and residents.
• Work with Welcome Hosts to confirm guest information.
• Assist with resolving entry issues or access discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate guest verification before granting property access.
• Operate property access software and monitoring systems.
• Enter and update guest or resident access information.
• Report system issues or irregularities to the manager.
• Follow established standard operating procedures.
• Document incidents, unusual activity, or access issues.
• Support smooth handoff between shifts to maintain 24/7 coverage.
