Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the luxury community and ensure only authorized individuals enter.
• Verify identification and authorization for residents, guests, vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Provide a professional and welcoming first point of contact for residents and guests.
• Maintain a high level of customer service while enforcing access policies and procedures.
• Monitor visitor and vendor activity and maintain accurate access records and logs.
• Monitor security cameras and access control systems.
• Conduct routine patrols of designated areas and report unusual activity.
• Assist residents and guests with directions and property-related questions.
• Receive and manage packages and deliveries for residents.
• Monitor deliveries, contractors, and service providers entering and exiting the property.
• Communicate professionally with residents, Board members, property management, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Respond to security, safety, or resident-related concerns and notify management as needed.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and daily activity logs.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding residents, guests, and property operations.
• Follow all community policies, procedures, and security protocols.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager or management team.
