KW Property Management & Consulting seeks a Gatehouse attendant to provide friendly, professional access control and resident assistance. You will greet visitors, monitor entrances, and support the property team by directing traffic, recording activity, and reporting incidents.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a neat gatehouse, and adherence to proper procedures. This is a full-time position based at the community, with routine interaction with residents and service providers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior Gatehouse or security-related experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Detail-oriented and dependable with good organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors at the gatehouse and greet residents in a friendly, professional manner.
• Screen visitors, contractors, vendors, employees, real estate agents, or others seeking access.
• Record all traffic entering the property via the access control system.
• Observe, report, and communicate incidents or information to Management, Security, or Front Desk staff.
• Complete appropriate paperwork and ensure reports are legible and organized.
• Keep the gatehouse clean and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Ensure only Authorized Personnel have access to the community.
• Use proper telephone etiquette and greet callers professionally.
