Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior gatehouse experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Detail-oriented and dependable with a professional appearance and attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist everyone approaching the visitor lane in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide informational assistance and directions within the property.
• Record all traffic entering the property using the access control system.
• Observe, report, and communicate activities of interest to Management, Security, or Front Desk.
