Job summary

SOSi is seeking an Operations Manager to support a 24/7/365 government program, reporting to the Program Manager. You will coordinate with Operations, Quality, Finance and other staff to develop and integrate capabilities for a large contract.

The role involves leading design, deployment, operations support and sustainment of customer solutions at the listed site. You will manage workflow across recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training and retention while ensuring access to tools and reports.

Qualifications

• 5 years of Operations related experience.
• 3+ years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of customer operations and related roles.
• Experience in a government contractor environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Manager in developing and deploying program capabilities and applications.
• Develop systems, processes and tools to enhance program performance.
• Provide People, Process, Technology, and Content solutions for customer operations.
• Coordinate 24/7 with local customer management for transition and sustainment of operations.
