Responsibilities

• Evaluates quality of care using standards and outcomes.
• Develops service strategies and monitors service levels.
• Promotes effective relationships among patients, families, staff and departments.
• Supports evidence-based nursing and governance.
• Ensures compliance with Joint Commission and other regulatory bodies.
• Plans staffing to meet productivity benchmarks and budget targets.
• Assists in development of new services and revenue sources.
• Performs HR duties including hiring, promotions, and performance evaluations.
