Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to emergency alarm signals promptly and accurately.
• Assist with arming/disarming security systems and maintain confidentiality.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Follow company policies and procedures and complete daily logs.
• Answer multiple telephone lines and provide professional assistance.
• Provide technical support and process service requests as needed.
• Assess customer inquiries and determine appropriate action; follow up.
