Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong computer skills and ability to multitask.
• Experience in security industry and Operations Centers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor multiple intrusion and fire alarm systems for client locations.
• Monitor CCTV systems for client locations.
• Monitor radio talk groups and dispatch security personnel.
• Answer emergency and non-emergency calls for the local client location.
• Maintain log books and blotters, and handle guard calls or backfills.
• Coordinate with client and security teams to ensure site safety.
