TEAL is seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician in Houston, TX. You will monitor TEAL-managed sites, acknowledge alarms, and escalate issues while coordinating with field technicians to ensure rapid resolution.

You will document work orders in Acumatica, manage PM records, and maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams. The role requires a minimum of 2 years in a NOC or boiler service environment, familiarity with Acumatica or similar systems, and strong

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in boiler service or monitoring/NOC environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook; experience with Acumatica or a similar work order system is a plus.
• Boiler combustion analysis experience is a plus.
• Major boiler repair involving heat exchangers, pumps, etc., is a plus.
• Plumbing and distribution piping experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor real-time alarms across all TEAL-managed sites and acknowledge within standards.
• Create accurate service work orders in Acumatica and maintain PM records.
• Answer inbound calls, gather info, triage and dispatch service requests.
• Coordinate with field technicians and relay updates between customers and NOC.
• Provide clear shift handoffs with open alarms and pending callbacks.
• Follow TEAL procedures and contribute to process improvements.
