Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions in Missouri is seeking an Operations Specialist for our 24x7 Digital Control Center. The role focuses on maintaining availability, performance, and security of critical infrastructure, with hands-on incident monitoring, troubleshooting, and documentation.

You will handle alerts with enterprise tools, participate in 12-hour shift rotations, and coordinate patching, outages, and disaster recovery. Local candidates only; training begins on first shift.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting in a 24x7 environment.
• Experience with enterprise monitoring and ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with network protocols, server environments and cybersecurity practices.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• CCNA or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor infrastructure, applications, and services using enterprise tools.
• Respond to alerts, incidents, and service requests per defined SLAs.
• Perform initial triage and escalate unresolved issues.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ITSM system.
• Coordinate high-touch services such as patching and firmware upgrades.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity processes.
• Triage Windows server incidents and manage certificates and related tasks.
