Job summary

SMS DATA PRODUCTS GROUP, INC is seeking an Operations Center Specialist to deliver 24/7 mission-critical IT services for AFNCR networks. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship, with a strong background in network operations and enterprise IT environments.

Responsibilities include monitoring systems, triaging incidents, and coordinating rapid resolution from the NOC, with on-site work at customer facilities within the National Capital Region.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance is required.
• U.S. citizen is required.
• Education pathways: Bachelors with 3–5+ years IT/NOC experience or Associate/HS with equivalent military experience.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting modern enterprise hardware, routing, and OSes.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7/365 mission-critical support for AFNCR IT Services network environment.
• Operate from a Command Center or NOC to ensure uptime, performance, and security for leadership networks.
• Monitor infrastructure across multiple classification levels and triage incidents.
