Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (RN) in the U.S. or territory; foreign graduates must have active licensure.
• Minimum one year of professional RN experience in hospital, medical office, or residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care within Scope of Practice per licensure and credentials.
• Perform sick calls and assessments; refer to providers as needed.
• Conduct physical exams and document findings for medical decision making.
• Supervise Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurses and unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications via multiple routes as ordered.
