Loyal Source is seeking Registered Nurses for an employment opportunity in El Paso, Texas. The role involves providing compassionate, nurse-driven care in a structured, multidisciplinary setting with responsibilities across ambulatory, emergency, mental health, and infirmary services.

RNs will screen, examine, and coordinate care while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and standard nursing guidelines. A current RN license and BLS certification are required; travel and on-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• Accredited degree from an approved nursing program.
• Current, full, unrestricted RN license in the state or a compact state.
• At least one year of professional RN experience; detention/correctional healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in ambulatory, emergency, mental health, and infirmary settings.
• Perform screenings, exams, and nursing assessments; refer to providers as needed.
• Administer medications via multiple routes and monitor patient responses.
• Supervise licensed practical nurses and assistive personnel.
• Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate care across teams.
