Loyal Source in El Paso, TX is seeking Registered Nurses to provide comprehensive patient care in a 24/7 facility. The role supports ambulatory, emergency, mental health, and infirmary services within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include an accredited RN program, active RN license (state/compact), and at least one year of RN experience; BLS certification is mandatory. Expect a structured healthcare environment with competitive compensation.

Formación

• Graduate from an ACEN/CCNE-accredited RN program or foreign equivalent with active licensure.
• Minimum one year RN experience in hospital, medical office or residential setting; detention/correctional setting preferred.
• Current RN license in state or compact state; BLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care within scope of practice.
• Perform sick calls and assess acute problems using nursing protocols.
• Conduct physical examinations and refer to appropriate providers.
• Supervise licensed practical nurses and unaffiliated staff as assigned.
• Administer medications via multiple routes (oral, subcutaneous, IM, IV, topical).
• Conduct intake screening and coordinate with medical/dental/behavioral health teams.
