Job summary

Compass Connections is seeking a compassionate RN for our El Paso, TX facility. You will perform triage, provide patient teaching, administer medications and vaccines, and document care in EMR while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

The role requires an active Texas RN license, BLS, and at least 1 year of pediatric nursing experience. Shift work is 12 hours, with full benefits starting on day one.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas.
• BLS certification; PALS preferred.
• At least 1 year RN experience; pediatric experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide triage services and patient teaching.
• Document medical records in EMR per HIPAA and facility policy.
• Administer vaccines and medications as ordered; monitor for adverse reactions.
• Coordinate and arrange health services for children in care.
