Job summary

Compass Connections in El Paso, TX is seeking compassionate registered nurses to provide high-quality care for children in our emergency shelter and group home program. This RN role requires Texas RN licensure, bilingual English/Spanish, and 12-hour shifts with a focus on safety and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens throughout employment.
• Provide proof of work eligibility status upon request.
• Pass a pre-employment and biennial criminal background checks.
• Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with staff and professionals; strong written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Meet federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards applicable to this position.
• Provide triage services to assess patient needs and evaluate symptoms.
• Document medical findings and maintain EMR documentation.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses as ordered.
