Job summary

RiseMe in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Production Manager to oversee 24/7 operations, drive efficiency, safety and quality within specifications. The role requires strong organizational, follow-up and communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.

You will manage Packaging, Operating and Material Handling teams, drive continuous improvement, and report on production metrics while maintaining GMP and SQF compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, plan and coordinate the production teams including Packaging, Operating and Material Handling associates.
• Coordinate on-boarding and training of production employees to ensure compliance with GMP, SPC, SQF, Safety and Standards of Conduct policies and procedures.
• Create a positive work environment by ensuring an “Open Door” culture and fostering the positive exchange of ideas.
• Develop employees for next level opportunities to ensure your and their progression within the organization.
• Review, track and report on production and operating data including production results, downtime, scrap and staffing.
