The role offers a path toward broader operations or general management as the facility grows, with a hands-on leadership style and a focus on continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• Strong manufacturing leadership experience with proven people-management skills.
• Must have press operation experience, ideally flexographic, packaging, labeling, paper, food, or beverage.
• Mechanical knowledge including hydraulics, pneumatics, and maintenance coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 11 across production and maintenance.
• Track KPIs/waste, troubleshoot press issues, and coordinate maintenance.
• Drive safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the site.
• Monitor production KPIs and ensure safe, efficient operation.
