The Recruiting Pros are partnering with a well‑known manufacturer in Northwest Charlotte to recruit an experienced Manufacturing Manager to oversee 10+ production lines. This high-profile role reports to the President and leads four department managers and seven team leaders to drive efficiency, safety and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing operations, process improvement, scrap reduction and budget adherence while developing a culture focused on safety and quality.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in a leadership role managing a manufacturing facility
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering; MBA preferred
• Experience with lean manufacturing, 5S and continuous improvement
• Knowledge of manufacturing infrastructure systems and raw goods processing
• Strong communication and organizational skills; proficient with SAP/WMS

Aufgaben

• Oversee production across multiple lines, ensuring safety and quality
• Lead 10+ production lines with 4 direct reports and 7 team leaders
• Drive process efficiency, scrap reduction, and KPI attainment
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on safety, inventory, and maintenance
• Manage budget and spending to meet production demands
• Develop and implement training and succession planning
