Job summary

Phxpkg is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Newport, TN 24/7 injection molding plant. You will direct and monitor daily production floor activities, oversee safety and quality programs, and coordinate with the Scheduling department to meet production goals.

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of manufacturing management experience, knowledge of injection molding, and solid communication skills to lead a team effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of manufacturing management experience.
• Knowledge of injection molding processes preferred.
• Computer literate with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct, monitor, and coordinate all day-to-day production floor activities.
• Ensure compliance with company and governmental policies, laws, and safety standards.
• Lead organizational development through training, employee relations, and progressive discipline.
• Maintain quality standards through GMP, IMS, and food safety requirements.
