Job summary

PHOENIX is seeking aProduction Supervisor to direct and coordinate day-to-day production floor activities at a 24/7 injection molding facility. You will ensure GMP, IMS, and safety standards while leading a manufacturing team and coordinating with Scheduling on production plans.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of manufacturing management experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement and personnel development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years manufacturing management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate day-to-day production floor activities.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, IMS, and food safety standards.
• Coordinate with other departments on scheduling and maintenance.
• Manage safety and training for production personnel.
• Review performance and implement continuous improvement.
