Job summary

Phxpkg is seeking a production operator to run lining and molding equipment. The role involves start-ups/shut-downs, material changes, and routine quality inspections. You will document downtime, submit process corrections, and support color/material changes as needed. Strong mechanical aptitude and clear English communication are essential.

Work is in a manufacturing environment with GMP-like safety expectations. Reports to the Production Supervisor and works across shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
• Good verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Operates lining and molding auxiliary equipment as scheduled.
• Performs start-ups/shut-downs and material changes.
• Enters downtime and process corrections into ERP system.
• Inspects production and maintains quality records every shift.
