Job summary

Salary Range: $80-88k plus OT after 45 hours

Shift: 2nd shift 2pm-11pm with OT as needed

Reports to: Injection Department Manager

Industry: automotive manufacturing, injection molded plastics

Main Mission:

Manage injection molding department KPIs and main deliverables. Ensure customer expectations are met in terms of on time delivery, and product quality. Develop a team in production, which will provide a consistently high quality product in an efficient manner.

KPIs:

Safety, Scrap, Consumption, OEE, Standardization, Right First Time (RFT), Injection assessment results

Activities
