Responsibilities

• Take SOS calls and work to solve the problems encountered.
• Participate in 24/7 customer support.
• Ensure health and safety standards on the job site and in the factory (OSHA/OHSA).
• Assist during startups or upgrades with installation or service teams.
• Develop and install software updates for electrical programs and plans.
• Program components from the spare parts department (computers, interfaces, etc.).
• Support QA at programming and electrical levels.
• Contribute to product development with cross‑functional teams (field perspective).
• Participate in FAT testing and startups of factory equipment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the automation department.
