Xlysi LLC in Irvine, CA is seeking an Incident Support Engineer for a 24/7 operations program in the automotive telematics space. You will monitor health across production systems using Datadog, Dynatrace, Grafana and MaxGauge, elevate anomalies, run incident bridges, and drive resolution while ensuring SLAs.

This role requires hands-on observability, experience with vehicle remote services, and coordination across OEMs, suppliers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

5+ years in Operations/Service Management with 4+ years leading Incident Management in 24/7 environments.
Experience running bridges for P1/P0 incidents; strong incident commander skills.
Background in Telematics/Connected Car and vehicle remote services.
Proficiency with observability tools and incident processes.
Familiarity with ITIL practices and ticketing systems.

Responsabilités

Monitor health and availability of production systems in the Connected Car / Telematics space.
Identify anomalies, validate alerts, and drive incident bridges to resolution.
Coordinate cross-functional responders and manage stakeholder communications.
Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and post-incident RCA documentation.
Define dashboards and KPIs; support reliability and capacity improvements.
