Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Engineering Project Lead 1 in Costa Mesa, CA to drive delivery of complex engineering initiatives. You will lead timelines, coordinate between technical teams and clients, ensure adherence to processes and quality, manage budgets, and address scope changes with stakeholders.

You will work with observability and incident-management tooling, participate in RCAs, and contribute to a data-driven culture that accelerates delivery and aligns with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise between technical teams and clients to facilitate communications and milestone reviews.
• Guide teams to follow established processes ensuring design, technical and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor deliverables across phases to meet quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
• Contribute to project budgets and manage scope changes with client sign-offs.
