Job summary

Amazon Corporate Security, Business Assurance Center, is seeking an Incident Response Coordination Supervisor to lead a 24/7 GSOC team responsible for enterprise incident management globally. You will guide personnel, triage security needs, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely, quality responses.

The role requires strong people leadership, written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of operations personnel management in high-volume environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication under pressure.
• Experience managing a diverse team.
• Writing skills for incident reports and security alerts.
• Coaching direct reports for performance and development.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incident response activities across all team members to ensure quality service.
• Manage all personnel aspects of an assigned team, including performance management and growth.
• Foster an employee-focused environment with a high-performance bar.
• Oversee drafting and publication of written products and communications, including editing quality.
• Direct resources and escalate as needed during concurrent security events.
• Manage SLAs to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Identify risks and areas for improvement proactively.
