Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. in Reynoldsburg, OH, is seeking an Emergency Operations Center Supervisor to lead 24/7 crisis monitoring and incident coordination. You will oversee shift execution, coach EOC Specialists, and ensure timely intake, triage, and escalation.

You’ll serve as SME for crisis response, maintain situational awareness through OSINT and security systems, and partner with the EOC Manager to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Criminal Justice, International Affairs, National Security, Intelligence Studies, Security Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in an Emergency Operations Center (EOC), GSOC, SOC, or similar operational environment.
• 1-3 years of leadership, lead, supervisory, training, or team coaching experience.
• Experience supporting crisis management, intelligence analysis, incident response, or enterprise security operations.
• Working knowledge of access control, CCTV, alarm monitoring, and life safety systems.
• Retail Asset Protection, corporate security, or emergency management experience preferred.
• Experience supporting global operations, international incidents, or travel safety programs is a plus.
• Second-language proficiency is a plus.
• CPR, First Aid, ASIS certifications, FEMA training, or related professional certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift execution in the EOC/GSOC in a 24/7 environment.
• Coach and guide EOC Specialists; ensure intake, triage, escalation, and documentation of incidents.
• Maintain continuous situational awareness through OSINT, social media, media reporting, and feeds.
• Coordinate response to access control, CCTV, alarms, and life-safety events.
• Develop and maintain operating procedures, playbooks, training materials, and escalation protocols.
• Onboard and train Specialists to ensure readiness and performance.
• Provide escalation support during high-stress situations and complex incidents.
