Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field.
• Minimum of three years direct client service experience.
• Ability to pass criminal background check.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work odd hours including some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ESF activities and manage the waitlist.
• Conduct guest intakes and orient families to ESF.
• Identify housing options and collaborate with Housing Authority.
• Maintain documentation and prepare reports.
• Ensure safety and facility upkeep and handle on-call needs.
