Job summary

Staples is seeking an Enterprise Security Operations Center Supervisor to lead a team of security professionals and oversee physical security technologies across North America. You will drive incident response, risk assessments, and security program improvements in a 24/7 ESOC environment.

You will partner with stakeholders, law enforcement, and vendors to protect personnel, facilities, and operations. The role emphasizes leadership, policy development, and crisis management to ensure resilient

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in a security-related field.
• Experience leading teams in security operations or a SOC/ESOC environment.
• Proven ability to write, review and present incident summaries to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily ESOC activities including monitoring, incident detection, and timely response.
• Lead investigations, escalation, resolution, and documentation of security incidents.
• Coach and develop a security team for 24/7 operations.
• Manage physical security systems and related technologies.
• Develop and enforce security procedures, response protocols, and standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigations.
• Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency responders, and vendors.
• Support executives, crisis management, and business continuity initiatives.
• Deliver incident reports, executive briefings, and intelligence summaries.
