Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 3 years of dispatching experience in breakdown or tire services.
• Strong knowledge of dispatching and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics of fleet operations, ensuring prompt maintenance.
• Assign open events and the nearest service provider.
• Verify proper authorization to dispatch the event.
• Inform customer of ETA and follow their requirements.
• Inform supervisor on duty of delays or problems with ETA or repairs.
• Address problems and customer inquiries as they arise.
